actually, somewhat common, just many people don't really know what they are and they just pass it off, especially if they are mild. Some people, like me, get them a couple times a year but have no other symptoms, so it's not a big deal.

Yes they are very common, i get them often. when i went to my doc for migraine's she told me that auras are common in a lot of ppl. Also go to webmd.com to get more info. on migraines and types of migraines
