The old inner ring isn't as tight as it used to be. Is there something I can do to tighten it up?

You need to use either a bottle , or, better yet, a baseball bat to exercise your anus, just like women exercise their vagina. There are exercises for gay men that you can do to develop your anal muscles so you can actively stimulate a penis with your anal muscles - its called anal massage of partners penis.

After a few months of daily exercise, try holding a Keilbasa sausage in your canal. If you can, you're mastering your muscle. Go forth and prosper

Try to drink less water, and eat more fiber. Then you will have huge pieces of poop. Sorry if its gross, but it works your but muscles.
ALso try some excerciese like "tightening" and realeasing.
And maybe you could go for anal sex once in a while,.

I would imagine you do the same motion as with the kegels only for your butt.

I really don't want to think about why you need to do this....

You might try figging. It helps you learn to clench and is very stimulating. It involves a ginger root.
