Mosquito transmission of HIV would be highly unlikely. First, the virus is very fragile and quickly loses its ability to be infective when below body temperature, 37 centigrade. Secondly, the female mosquito feeds to have energy for egg production, not for her own nutrition. Thirdly, the mosquito does not have a very long life span. These factors would make it extremely rare. The mosquito would have to feed on an infected person with a significant level of virus circulating in the blood, have infected blood on the mouthparts, and then immediately bite someone else. And, HIV is not highly virulent. It usually takes a large amount of virus to initiate infection. Just not likely that an insect bite could infect anyone.

most virus spread by mosquitoes, infect the saliva glands of the Miskito so that its transferred to the host by the spit of the mosquito that has a chemical in it that numbs the nerves of the host, so that the host wont notes it, and so Thu blood wont start to clog up. other wise the virus would just be digested by the mosquito with the rest of the blood meal.

If this could have been possible, the world population would have shrunk by now. Mosquitoes can not transmit HIV to humans and it is already proved by scientists from time to time so don't worry if they bite you and suck your blood. The best advice is to keep the mosquitoes away from you.
