I'm a 17 year old guy, and I'm 5'10. I've been working out and eating well. I'm not overweight, but I just wanted to get into better shape. I've lost about 10 pounds in the past month, so I've gone from 185 pounds to 174 pounds. I feel great, but now my body is kind of unproportioned. My lower abdomen is still a little large, but the area-- I don't know the technical term... the area above my stomach has become very, very thin. My whole upper body looks like an hourglass, or something. I'm afraid that if I stick with my diet, I'll just lose more weight in that area until I look like a side-show act. Is there anything that I can do to shift my weight loss to my lower abdomen? What have I been doing wrong? What can I do to fix it?
