i do not think that 55 pounds is good for a 10 year old but when my freind was 12, she only weighed about 70 or 80 pounds. she was as skinny as a pole and only had 8% body fat. her mom was worried, and im not sure but i think a doctor may have prescribed this to her, but her mom starting giving her pediasure and it really helped

Depending upon the height , possibly ; but it seems to be too thin for a 10 year old .

You would have to talk to your doctor. All depends on height, bone structure, ect. Your doctor can tell you what % they are in.

Depends entirely on height and body structure. If you worry about it, please ask your doctor.
