I'm a 17 year old guy, and I'm 5'10. I've been working out and eating well. I'm not overweight, but I just wanted to get into better shape. I've lost about 10 pounds in the past month, so I've gone from 185 pounds to 174 pounds. I feel great, but now my body is kind of unproportioned. My lower abdomen is still a little large, but the area-- I don't know the technical term... the area above my stomach has become very, very thin. My whole upper body looks like an hourglass, or something. I'm afraid that if I stick with my diet, I'll just lose more weight in that area until I look like a side-show act. Is there anything that I can do to shift my weight loss to my lower abdomen? What have I been doing wrong? What can I do to fix it?
Thanks.

I don't think you're doing anything wrong, hon. It sounds like you're a pear shape--we tend to lose fat on the top first while the bottom tends to hold on to it more. My upper body is starting to look great, but my behind is still huge. lol I heard to work out with weights to build the muscle on your upper body, particularly your shoulders and arms. Beef up up top and it'll even out suposedly.

your reduce frame is meant to be greater than your higher frame. I'm assuming that your reduce frame ought to be massive for this so be an quandary. I could advocate to maintain operating your reduce frame. You don't seem to be going to drop some pounds to your reduce frame by means of operating your higher frame. you could attain muscle, however that is a well factor.
