Well that depends on if I have my sleeping pills or alcohol in my system to help me sleep. You see I've been an insomniac for about 6 years now. So the last 4 days I've had about 3 hours of sleep because I didn't drink or take anything to help me sleep. I know it is unhealthy to drink everyday, but it is the only way to help me sleep, Pills don't let me get a full night's rest, I will go to bed around 1am and be wide awake around 4or 5. So as I said it all just depends

I have always been a night owl so I get about 4 hours of sleep a night even with having 2 toddlers and be up in the morning at 7 a.m.,take classes and run my own cleaning company !

I sleep between 4 and 6hrs. I have a pain disorder so I sleep when my body wants me to. Like last night fell alseep at 11:30 and woke at 3:30 and getting ready to take a cat nap. Sweet Dreams!

3-4 hours at a time b/c of a sleep disorder. Have to have a nap every day.

i always aim for 8. with 8 hours of sleep i wake up perky and alert, no need for the extra half hour in the morning just to adjust my eyes and wake up. yesterday, i got 2. ehhh...

5 hours and i don't want to share why well one reason is I'm on the phone with my bf late at night and i have school in the morning!
