I know this sounds ridiculous, but I have a problem w/ eating lots of cookies (let alone other desserts). I need 2 lose weight, but every time I try, I always resort to my comfort food of fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies. I know u have 2 make a personal decision to lose weight, and every time I get motivated, the cravings kick in. Any advice? I exercise, but I need 2 do it everyday, not just when I feel like I need to. Thanks and please don't think I'm crazy- I just luv cookies and I always have since I was little. BTW- I'm 17 yrs. old, so diet pills r a no-no.
