sounds like a kidney infection. you need to see a doctor for diagnosis and antibiotics. In the meantime, while you wait to see the doc, drink tons and tons of water, really flush out our kidneys, it will help dilute the bacteria and lessen the pain.

It sounds like a urinary or bladder infection. If your back hurts, it may have spread to your kidneys. I would definitely seek medical help as soon as you can. A simple urine test will reveal an infection, if present.
Your heartbeat changing may be due to your worry over the cause of the pain and other symptoms.
If you feel short of breath at all, call 911 - you are better to be safe than sorry. Irregular heartbeat isn't necessarily a sign of immediate danger, but difficulty breathing is.
