My guess is it might be what you may have done while feeling "sexy" that is causing you not to have your period. May God bless and keep you.

I agree w/ everyone else. The product didn't interfere w/ ur period. Just wondering- what kind of product was it? If it was a creme/moose hair removal like Veet, then they advise u 2 not use it on genital areas. It can cause rash or irritation or it may be too strong to use in sensitive areas. But don't worry- I missed my period for a whole month once and it was fine. Just stress or irregularity can cause period problems. Just monitor the times of missed periods on a calendar and if something serious happens or if u continually miss periods contact a doctor.

If you are that ignorant about sex that you would think that hair removal could mess up your period, then you have no business removing the hair to be "sexy" (Why would you want to look like a little girl anyway unless your boyfriend likes little girls and the way they look?) Anyway, what probably happened is that you either ovulated later than usual, or you had sex because you felt so "sexy" and you really are pregnant, just not far enough to have symptoms or for the tests to pick up enough of the chemical your body produces to let you know you are pregnant. Sex is not a game!

The hair removal product wouldn't do that. It sounds like you are concerned about being pregnant, because you took a test before you missed your period. You need to follow the directions on the pregnancy test, and test so many days after your missed period in order to get accurate results. Either retake the test when appropriate, or fork out the $ to see the Dr.

Are you serious? Hair removal removes hair, it may cause irritation only. You have an medical situation to deal with. Perhaps the stress of this situation, or waaaay too much stress, or even hormones can cause you to miss your period. First relax then go visit a free clinic, like planned parenthood they offer help and some assistance for free. Mainly they go off of your income.

I've probably been around longer than you and can definitely say that it not a good reason. I don't know how young you are but, but there are many reasons for this to happen & using a hair removal product is definitely not one of them - otherwise a large manufacturer would jump on that for a birth control. product.

a hair removal product can NOT make you miss your period. I suggest going to your local health clinic... they do them for free some places... Pregnancy tests have been known to have a false negative, especially that early on.

I honestly doubt it has to do with the product, but just to be safe, take the little leaflet that came with the product and read all the small type on it. See if there is any warning or anything of the sort. Also. google that product and side effects.

Hair removal products do not keep you from having your period..and it does not make you sterile...if you are late it could be from stress..unless you have been sexually active..if so see your doctor
