Stop doing her in the butt then...duh! Anal sex causes hemorrhoids and many other health issues that you shouldn't burden your g/f with. If you love her do her a favor and stop.

Use TONS of lube, and start slowly. She needs to practice relaxing the anus, and you need to take it easy on her. Have her practice with a vibrator or even fingers, and work on your position. She may need to lay down almost flat on her belly to accept you comfortably. Some women may just be too small to receive, and some men may be too large to penetrate.
