Usually just keep a roll of toliet tissue handed, if not that than paper towels. or anything handy, socks, underwear etc.
I have a sperm sock though, not a sperm rag.

Yeah...but it's usually whatever is around...a T-shirt...boxers...a towel. We would need a stack of "sperm rags" just to keep up so we just use whatever is handy... :)

Husband and I keep a stack of hand towels by our bed for that very purpose. That way I don't have to sleep in the wet spot...you guys sure are messy :-P
