I'm a little nervous about this I have an iud a medina one had it almost 4 years and I selpt with my son'sdad just one time and now I'm scared about etopic pregency I'm always safe but this one time I was not and now I'm scared so if anyone could have a kind word for me because I do not go around sleeping with people we are working things out so a kind word please help.

I only poop once a month and when I do its the size of a orange/beachball. Its extremly painful and after I go it hurts to sit down for like a week. What should I do? It takes hours to complete the process. I even use special sitting positions to try and make it come out easier.

Help I am a terrible 'grinder' not only at night but also in the day. I am under a lot of stress just now and the grinding is so bad I have a sore neck, head pain, dizzyness and sore jaw and teeth. Also my face aches a lot, how can I control this?? I am wrecking my teeth and they are becoming really sensitive I ma becoming miserable because of this and MORE anxious...HELP

I have a slight red bump, its small almost like a pimple before it comes to a head on the head of my penis, there is no puss, it doesn't resemble herpes, it doesn't hurt, it is just there and mentally I'm going nuts over this. I have only been with one person in the past year or so and have had no other problems on my penis before.

When I am in a silent room I can hear a slight cracking noise in my neck when I turn my head from side to side (cracking is not a good word but I don't know how else to describe it). The noise sound like it is coming from the region where my neck connects to my skull. It is a quiet noise. I have never noticed any pain in my neck but I am worried that this could develope into a problem. I also hear the noise when I move my shoulders sometimes.

I have allways stood/walked/run with poor posture - could this be the cause?

If this is a problem could a chiropractor fix this?

I had a miscarriage May 12, 2006 & hardly bled at all afterwards which was weird cuz I had one in 1995 and bled SO much, clots the size of lemons. Well I never even had a period since my m/c and my dr. keeps telling me its normal. My pregnancy tests keot coming up + for weeks and weeks afterwards but my pregnancy hormone was going down lower & lower. Now they are coming up - but I still havent had a period. I am now on the patch hoping it'll straighten up my period but on my off week I had that nasty brownish old bloody mischarge you get ( sorry I know its gross) & I thought my period was coming but it never did. Anyone ever experience something like this before?? Is my body just messed up?? My dr. keeps telling me to be patient and let my body get back to normal after my miscarriage but its been almost 3 mos. HELP

I'm 22 and weigh 123. I'm slim overall except for my abs. I have somewhat of a gut. My stomach is flabby and isn't flat at all, but it's the only place where I am fat. I know that you can not spot train and have to lose body fat in general in order to lose stomach fat, but how exactly do I go about this in a safe way? I do atleast 30 minutes of cardio 4 times a week, but haven't seen any changes. What am I doing wrong? What else should I be doing?

Hello, other day i fell and fractured my ankel , bottom leg part the fibula bone, well i went to hospital and they wrapped it up real tight and put some liquid on it to make it hard, but its not like a cast i can walk in but they said this is temp, well he wants me to go to another doctor to check out the leg and to maybe put on a cast for a few weeks, well i couldn't walk on it they day it happen and still cant really with this on my leg, but i was wondering it is feeling alot better so if i wait a few days and pain goes away, do i still need to go see that doctor maybe?
