i have a red itch next to my lip, its not herpes lol but what can it be, maybe a bugbite or something?

yah it could be a mosquito bite or sumthing.

How do you know it isn't the beginning of a cold sore (herpes)? Though you could have a flea bite, a mosquito bite, or bug bite. Lips are sensitive area - you could put a bit of anti-itch cream on it to reduce the itch.

We need more information, is it dry and crusty? I could just be an abscessed hair follicle. If possible give us more information
