i was up all last night cuz my bottom right gum hurts, i have no teeth there & my mom said it might be my wisdom teeth.. if it is what should i do.. im goin to the dentist weds

it most likely is your wisdom tooth growing in. Mine started coming in 2 months ago and it hurt like hell for the first week.
My advice is to not eat anything thats hard to chew, stick to soup, mash potatoes, etc. Also tylenol, whatever pain medication, it helps the pain subside. Also DO NOT leave anything cold on it [water or ice] it'll aleviate the pain for a while but then it just ends up hurting worse.
After the first week though I pain starts to go away.

Could be your wisdom teeth or could be an abcess.

just deal with it.
If the pain is real bad, you could try taking painkillers, but i try avoiding drugs if possible.
