Are you overweight? Do you have diabetes? These are a couple of possible causes.
But why not check with your doctor? That way you can be sure, or at least get some better ideas on what the cause may be and how to treat it.

I wonder the same thing...but if you want a quick boost, eat a banana...its full of potassium, and this raises energy levels.
