it is lactic acid. takes position to me each and every time I workout to. Fill a bath as a lot as your legs with chilly water, fill it with ice, and take a seat in it. make confident it does no longer go over your belt. stay in for more effective or less 10-quarter-hour. Then get out. yet when it is an remoted section, only prepare a bag complete of ice.

yea you should still see a dr. depending on how bad the break was it can heal the wrong way and lead to many things from knee and back problems and even head aches from bad balance and muscle tension.

Go to the other doctor. That way if your leg isn't healing right he won't have to break it again before resetting it.

i would go to get the doc's opinion just in case. because you're better cleared by the doc and not have anything done than not going and having to have much more done. but hope you feel better.
