Mine would be "If you have to have the police open your car for you, have them open the passenger door instead of the driver's door." That way if they ruin the lock, it's not a daily frustration.

What's yours?

I've begun getting extreme closed-in feelings when my current dentist is working on me, and he gets snippy with me and doesn't have any patience for my problem. I need to find a patient dentist and one that is also on my ERS list of dentists. I have claustrophobia.

admittedly, it works for many people, but there are always so many return visits: necessary or an addiction? (perhaps it depends on the trust you have in your chiropractor... they wouldn't prescribe you more visits than are absolutely necessary, would they?)

Okay,

I have just started working out regularly and trying to diet so I am wondering...

I get up at 5 am and either swim or jog for 30 mins, then I do Pilates or Yoga for another 30 mins.

Over my lunch break, I jog for 30 mins and if I have time, I life some weights too.

After work I usually jog for 30 more mins and lift weights.

I used to swim and play soccer before I came to college (like my whole life) and I was always in shape, but not thin, muscular. I get muscular really quickly--I would rather be curvy than cave-woman. I'm short, but I have a pretty athletic build in general. How can I avoid getting too built? I'll never be thin because of my frame and I'm pretty hourglass as it is. I just want to get toned like I used to be, but I dont have a coach yelling at me anymore. lol.

Also, I'm never sore after cardio (except swimming). Am I not pushing it enough? As strange as it sounds after no activity, I can jog 3 miles with very quick recovery time.
