You are just right for your height and age. You're BMI (body mass index) is 19.4. The normal range is 18.5-24.9. Anything under is considered underweight. Were you to even lose 5 lbs, down to 98lbs you would be considered underweight. So don't listen to people who think you need to lose weight. If you feel good with your body then be happy. If you feel self conscience and a little heavy try working out a little. Building up muscle in exchange for what tiny bit of body fat you may have will make you feel and look better. Also at your age stress is something that can really make you gain weight so exercising will not only fight off that weight but it's a great stress reliever! Goodluck and be safe!

Are you normal? That depends on what is normal for you. Are you right around average? Yes, maybe a little under average. Are you at or near your "ideal" weight for someone of your age, height, and body frame? Yes. Don't sweat it. You're still growing, so trying to mess with your weight when it's that close to idea can be very harmful. You don't want to end up being anorexic or bullimic. If you don't like your shape then do more cardio and circuit training with weights to tone up.

You seem to be at a pretty good weight. My sister is 15, 5'2 and 110 pounds and she's at an ideal weight. Just as long as you eat fairly healthy and exercise, you should be fine.

Don't listen to anyone but yourself. Do you feel healthy? That is what matters. You are a normal growing teen. Tell all negative people to shut their mouths, because they will cause you weight problems.

Body build and bone structure depends. Also muscle mass plays a big factor in your weight. But from the sounds of it, you are very healthy and I'm sure very beautiful!

If you're just looking for reassurance, you are normal. What makes me question is that fact that you are questioning your weight. You are too young to worry about something like that. Go out, live health, be active, and enjoy!

No, I definitely think you don't need to lose any weight!
I was around that same size and everyone always told me I was small and too skinny. I think you are normal and shouldn't worry about it!
