The amount of ignorance about the human reproductive tract never ceases to amaze me. First of all the ejaculate that you see, the seman, is NOT produced in the testicles in the first place but in the prostate gland. The sperm, which are microscopic, are produced in the testicles. Therefore, the testicles would not expand or explode, the sperm are reabsorbed by the body.

A man would have wet dreams in which he would ejaculate semen while asleep. The sperm that doesn't get shot out during sex gets reabsorbed into the body.
