Try putting regular nail polish on, if that doesnt work, they have pepper-flavored stuff you can put on them so it burns your mouth when you bite them

I hear that wearing nail polish can help (supposedly it tastes awful). I haven't tried it so I wouldn't know. I myself had have trouble with biting my nails. One thing that's helped me was to file my fingernails smooth after clipping them since I would bite at the sharp edges/corners I would get otherwise. I don't know if your problem is similar.

you get stuff called "stop'n'gro"

there are 2 flavours, you have to get both an alternate them every few days or you get to tolerate the taste
