I don't get treatment. But i do know that your better off without it. You'll live longer if you just change your diet. My aunt have a cancer like that and she almost died in treatment, but she's lived 15 years without it so far, she's still alive and doing well today.

First do not ever ever get chemo or radiation treatment for cancer. Very bad idea. Someone is wrong with the human body for it to malfunction and allow cancer to proliferate. Normally the human body has a couple hundred cancer cells develope but can easily destroy them. Cancer is a symptom. You need to find out what the cause is. More times then none, scientists estimate that about 70% of all diseases stem from what we eat or fail to eat for that matter. There is another aspect which is environmental carcinogens and less can be caused by negative EMF's. Stress and negative thinking can definetaly exacerbate the problem or help it. It has been proven that you can change your DNA with just your thoughts. Anyway, the best possible treatment that I have studied is hyperthermia and micro dose chemo therapy. Apparently cancer dies at around 105 degress F. Hyperthermia heats up the tumor or/and the entire body to that temperature safely and in essence destroying the cancer without negatively impacting the human body. The micro dose chemo is another good approach when used with the hyperthermia, look into it. I suggest Hospital Santa Monica in Rosarito Beach Mexico. Best hospital for cancer. Good Luck!

My sister had colon cancer and the Dr. perform surgery on her and removed the part that was cancerous and an extra part of the healthy part so it would not continue but she did not need radiation or chemo. I hope your cancer is set up in one area of the colon and all you need is surgery. I hope it was caught on time, if its not that's when they have to do chemo and all that. Hope you get better, I helped my sister all the way through the process and I know for a fact its hard. I am also high risk and it scares me, please let us know the symptoms you felt, it helps other people that ignore them. Thank you for sharing your story. If you do receive radiation you will loose weight but that doesn't matter if you will get better. Family and friends would still love just the way you are!!!!!

Holl are you a doctor? With out radiation killing and greatly reducing size of my tumor in my hip I would have had to lost my left leg at the hip, so how would I have been better off with out it?

Anyways realy the biggest side effect I had was being tired, having a worn out feeling throught out my body, stomach problems(not to horrible realy), etc honestly it wasn't to bad at all and most of the problems where easy managed with help from the doctors. As well my grandmother did it years ago and see as well never had any trouble than just being tired. That said though I took a max does(like 2 months, twice a day) so I probably had it worse than most. As far as appearance you may have some redness on the spot here they hit your tumor at, but will you be showing off that area? Other than that no one has to know realy unless you let them, I'm in the middle chemo, bald, sick, etc and people are still stocked when I tell them I have cancer.

* How many of you all are docotrs or even had cancer? Very simple question? Nothing like tring to make a buck promoting snake oil, who cares if you kill off a few people. And of course I'm sure 3rd world countries have us beat in medical research, and you all would freely give up treatment at a major american university or the super skill that they only have in some small mexcian\korean\etc hospital. So, please update your post and tell me your medical backgrounds and your personnel cancer problems. Here's my:

25 year old male with soft-ball sized tumor in my hip- removed with radiation, surgery, chemo over 3 years - 6 months ago found in my lungs spearding at a near fatal rate, found out yesterday chemo is once again working great all growth has stoped and looking like I will not be dieing as soon as was feared(had been given a very short time). So, just maybe able to have a nice life with my soon to newlywed. Thanks to modern med and not snake oil crap you all try to scam people with.

You may start to develop diarrhea and nausea. You could become anemic and need some blood transfusions. You may look sick because you will become a little or a lot anorexic (cant eat ).
