Can shemales produce sperm to bear a child in a girl.?

If by shemale you mean a hermaphrodite who has both male and female sex organs then usually it isn't the case because either 'one' of the sexual organs works i.e penis OR vagina, or sometimes they both dont work - and since shemales display both male and female characteristics - they're usually given hormone therapy to make them more male or female - i dont think they can produce sperm or bare children though - or if they posess the neceassary organs that are fully functional or 'dominant' in this case then they should to a limited degree be able to - but it does not work the same.
