please gimme the recipe for the infamous lemonade diet and if you knoiw someone who did it or if you did, tell me the results and how long it took you.... and also, i really dont need any negativity so dont say anything like i shouldnt do it because im running outta ideas and hope. so please tell me it because i have heard it works miracles.......DONT FORGET 2 TELL UR SUCESS STORIES!:D

im not going to give you any negativity, but i have a great idea. well i ran out of ideas to. so i got a trainer, but they are costly so heres what you can do. well first write down everything you eat during the day, and mabye you can find a nutrionist to see if the foods you are eating are good. then you just need to increase your activity leval, which will increase your metabilisom, therefore causing you to lose weight. this is a very healthy way, and in about 1 month i lost 7 pounds!! the lemonde diet will just cause you to have lack of nutrients and your muscle will be eaten away and fat will be all thats left. well good luck, and make sure your body is getting enough nutirents, lemonade wont do that. this is really easy and you can email me if you have any more quetions, im very happy to help : )!!! good luck : ) have a nice day : ) bye!!!

Have you tried the Special K diet? It's easy and it worked for me! (Basically it just helps you to eat the right thing in the right proportion to get you started with your weight loss.)

Make sure the maple syrup is real, not the imitation stuff. Buy the book! You can get it at Amazon, and it's cheap.
