I am just now getting some relief after 3 nights of taking Correctol. The first night I took three(maxamin dose), the 2nd night I took two, and the third night I took two. Any ideas?

It's a tea that you get in a health food store called "Smooth Move", it has Senna leaf in it & it's all natural. While you are there ask them what else they have to help you. You do need some more fiber & most of all lots of water.

Drink a gallon of apple juice over the course of three hours, freshly juiced if possible (that way you avoid the preservatives and other junk you get in store-bought stuff).
You're going to be on the can four or five times but they are good feeling flushes.
