Generally speaking, i should NOT complain anything about my life, my job, my city and so on. i got well paid, i got heathy body, i got good look -- at least some people said that, but every day in the morning i was so sad, so hopeless, i have no ******* idea what i really should do, what i really want, where i'm going and where's my end. i feel myself just like a trash can drifting in the ocean. i tried telling myself that life is meaningless itself and there's no meaning of being ******* meaningful. But i'm still unhappy. every day i saw people selling out their souls for inappreciable profit, i saw people dying silently, i saw people fighting each other brutally for nothing, i saw the nature being destroying for mankind's greed and i saw the hatred and revenge aggregating. But i can do nothing. i can't change any situation, even myself. All i can do is just look on coldly and waitin'.

I work out atleast an hour 4-5 night a week. I have taken Tylenol pm. even 1/4 a xanex to no avail. It's driving me nuts. just sensible answers please.

now ii've been a daily jogger since i was 14 and i'm iknow i not suffering from shin splints cause that used to happen to me when ifirst started jogging any way htis pain is diff. i feel it on the inside of my leg like it was my bone or somthing. it hurts when start my jog and once i warm up it stops but once i finish it's back and it always hurts more what gives. also i fell it if i do squats

One of my best friends is 14. He's been doing drugs and drinking for years now. He's been to rehab 4 times, and it hasn't worked. He recently hurt somebody very close to him by calling her up while he was high, he feels really bad about that and he wants to quit. How can he stop? What methods could help him in his journey to stop the drugs and the alcohol?

I have become increasingly worried over the past year as ALL of my friends have had theirs and I am the only one that hasn't!
I dealt with anorexia when I was younger, and became very sick, but I'm at a pretty healthy weight now. I have a low body fat percentage, but I have lots of friends who are skinnier than me that have had their period. My mother had hers when she was 14. Could I have hurt my fertility when I was sick? Please help me!

I usually have been taking it between 9 or 10. I just started my pack two weeks ago and I am doing really bad at keeping track of time in the evenings. I usually wake up at 10 everyday so I wanted to switch to the morning. How would I go about doing that? Is it okay if I start doing that tomorrow? Also, I am going to London soon so would it be okay if I continued taking it at 10am eastern time in London? Will this effect my protection and will I have to wait 7 days until I'm fully protected again? Thanks

How should I treat my 2nd degree burn? It is on my thumb, pointer finger and middle finger. I touched medal that was melting it was so hot. I have work tomarrow and have to go. I left work early today. I work with my hands all day and I cant see a doctor because I do not have health insurance at the moment.
