now ii've been a daily jogger since i was 14 and i'm iknow i not suffering from shin splints cause that used to happen to me when ifirst started jogging any way htis pain is diff. i feel it on the inside of my leg like it was my bone or somthing. it hurts when start my jog and once i warm up it stops but once i finish it's back and it always hurts more what gives. also i fell it if i do squats

upper or lower leg, knee? if it subsides after warmup then comes back after exercise it's more likely muscular, but could also be a tendon or ligament....continued use will make it worse, not better, and may eventually cause problems on the opposite side as your body compensates....see a sports doctor....could be anything from an injured/imbalanced adductor to worn out footware or gait/footstrike/pronation issues

I jogged for nearly 20yrs. What kind of surface are you jogging on and what kind of shoes are you wearing and how old are they?
These things can really make a difference. Never jog on asphalt, and it's good to have two pairs of shoes so you can rotate them.
Also, it's good to have new shoes every few months, depending on how much you jog.
If these things don't help , please see a sports doctor who probably can help you. Good luck.

Thats probably because you are not used to exercising. Or another reason is that you may have a problem with your bones

I used to play soccer a lot and my heals would kill me what I did was make sure I streched my heels plenty and it quit bothering me.

See a orthopedic sports doctor.

My guess is that you have rickets and need calcium.
