as far as i can remember people have commented on my calves being big, they don't jiggle and are firm to the touch, is it just fat or what? i ran track all through out school, but i still don't know? do you know an exercise that will slim my calves?

If they are firm to the touch than that is muscle you gained from running track, I added over an inch to my calfs in highschool running track, dont let people tell you they are to big when it is hard earned muscle that they are commenting on, I and most men find big calfs sexy and impressive.

Nothing wrong with fit calves. If you are having trouble fitting into tall boots, it isn't your calves, it's the style they're using. The shanks in tall boots have gotten thinner- by a couple of inches. So, don't feel bad about it.

lol yes big calves are in the genes! my dad has huge calves and mine are pretty big too.

if they are firm to the touch, then you probably don't have much fat there....the only thing i can think of is to not run or to not workout your legs. i know mine are firm as well so cardio to burn fat probably won't help you.

you ran track so you will have larger calves.

lay in bed for about 4 years than your calves will be thin.
