Generally speaking, i should NOT complain anything about my life, my job, my city and so on. i got well paid, i got heathy body, i got good look -- at least some people said that, but every day in the morning i was so sad, so hopeless, i have no ******* idea what i really should do, what i really want, where i'm going and where's my end. i feel myself just like a trash can drifting in the ocean. i tried telling myself that life is meaningless itself and there's no meaning of being ******* meaningful. But i'm still unhappy. every day i saw people selling out their souls for inappreciable profit, i saw people dying silently, i saw people fighting each other brutally for nothing, i saw the nature being destroying for mankind's greed and i saw the hatred and revenge aggregating. But i can do nothing. i can't change any situation, even myself. All i can do is just look on coldly and waitin'.

i feel the same way as u sometimes, i find meeting new people the best way to make the sadness go away, because sometimes other peoples problems or situations tend to be worse then mine, sometimes meeting someone new sparks things inside that are dull and dry

Please don't take this the wrong way, but it sounds like you need to lighten up a little bit and find something you enjoy. I went through a similar period and it has little to do with money, especially when you're on the earning side as you are.

I found things that I enjoy doing and devoted some time each day to them. For me things like Cycling, Photography and such gave me an outlet and a much needed distraction from the rigors of everyday life.

There are also signs of clinical depression in your words, so talking to some people and looking for help might be wise.

Life is so enjoyable when you have the right attitude and perspective. Unfortunately, no one can tell you those answers. They are things you have to find for yourself.

Look to yourself for these things.. not others.. not the news.... but find something you truly enjoy and do it every day.

Here are some suggestions that really help me stay on track and make me feel good.

1. Try not to get fat
2. Read a good book every once is awhile
3. Take a walk now and again
4. Try to live in peace and harmony with every person and nation of the world.

Dude, you are down, and there is no shame in that. I offer two very foolproof things. One: if you are feeling depressed and it affects your life for weeks on end, get some help from mental health experts you trust. It works! Two: start believing in God. It takes little to no time to 'build' a relationship with God, and He will meet you halfway. Pray to Him as if you were just talking to a friend. Do it when you are alone, and be open and honest, like you have never been open and honest before.

I know this because, my friend, I have been where you are now. And it is a great when you get out of that 'downward spiral'. I was suicidal, and it took a long time to climb out, but I will NEVER go back to where I was because it is NOT possible after you have life in Jesus.

And for tonight, take some time to just 'be'. The cares of the world will wear you down. (When they do... see above!)

Hmmm..did I just write this? No, sorry, but it does sound like myself. Well, sounds like you need a meaning to life, something to call your own. It's not that easy, either.

If I may, a little aside; speaking for myself, I'm just too ******* lazy. I blame some of it on my own personality. I work hard at work, but at home, I'm just into laying back or having fun if possible.

I'm just putting that in there, so that you may ask yourself, "How hard am I trying?" I don't believe that we can expect manifest destiny to fall into our laps. The most famous people I can think of at the moment worked hard in one way or the other for what they had or did. I'm not saying we must be famous, but to accomplish anything, some effort is required, even if it's just research on the net.

Join the club. A lot of people are floating in the same ocean wondering about the exact same things.

At least you have a 'comfortable' life. There are many of us in that same ocean that are hanging onto a life raft full of holes. You plug one hole, and the violence of the ocean waves rips you a new one.

Keep your chin up. Hope you find land. Wish I was on your side of the ocean. The calmer side.

first off, you seem to notice only the bad things about life. no one says you have to be happy, but obviously if you're asking how you can BE happy.. then a tiny part of you actually wants that. i'd hope someone like you finds a love that can make life seem worth living. your mom brought you into this world to have you in her life as well as give you one of your own. the more you sit back and think you're here on this earth for nothing, the more you're sadly mistaken.

Serve others which will get you out of your own head. EVERY thinking person feels as you do but few can serve the greater good and not feed their ego. We are ALL so brainwashed into think that we are precious and rare when in truth ALL that matters is in how we serve others when no one is looking. Exercise and fiber helps too

Of course the first thing you should do is seek professional help. My unprofessional advice is to stop thinking about yourself so much. Think about how you could make someone else happy. If everyday you did something to make one person happy, I bet you'd feel a lot better. You can't change the world, but I bet you could find one person a day that you could make smile. Its amazing what a great feeling it is to help someone else.
