I just posted about my gf (she's 16) who's been cutting herself, it's definitely not just accidental scratches on her legs, it's quite deep cuts and they look pretty nasty. I'm really worried about her but she won't talk to me about it and she won't admit to cutting herself either.

Her parents aren't very caring towards her, she was in care for a while when she was younger but eventually went back to her mum and dad. They don't really pay her any attention and they would just tell her she was being stupid if they knew she was cutting. They're in the middle of getting a divorce just now and spend the whole time fighting, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't help.

I don't know who to tell, or if I even should tell anyone. She'll probably hate me if I tell someone, but I'm worried about her. I think she needs help, she's pretty depressed and I think she should go to the doctor but I don't know how to tell her without her getting mad.

I recently started taking trazodone at nites for sleep and every morning when I get up my face and hands are sooo swollen. This morning is the worst cause I cant even get my ring off ! Is this like a bad side affect or just a regular side effect from actually getting some sleep?

I'm 17, and my gf is 16, we've been together a year now. She's having some problems at home just now and at school as well, her grades have dropped and she's been pulled up by her teachers. She seems really depressed and I can't cheer her up but when I ask if she's alright she says she is, she won't tell me what's wrong.

I saw some scratches on her arm a few weeks ago and asked about them, she said her cat scratched her but I don't believe her, they didn't look like cat scratches. But last night we were fooling around and I took off her trousers and there were cuts on her legs. I asked how she got them and she got dead pissed off, said it was nothing and put her trousers back on and wouldn't talk anymore about it.

What should I do? She won't talk to me about it and I'm worried about her, the cuts looked pretty bad. Her parents have enough problems of their own right now, I don't want to tell them.

I started smoking when I was 14, and I was like maybe 5'6 then. I am now 17 and I am 5'9. I have recently quit smoking and started eating healthy and exercising regularly. Is it realistic to think that I will reach 6', or taller. When I was a baby the doctors said because of my abnormally large head I was probally going to be pretty tall. My dad is around 6'2 and my mom is around 5'2. Ohh and Im a guy, I guess that would help.

was told he might have diabetes and have been monitering his sugar 4 times a day but it will only go high every couple days
and only for 10-15 min ,im really worried about the eyes and his

I've got a bit of a problem.........I had this tooth in the bottom right hand side, three from the back that got a big filling in it a few years ago. Anyway, about an hour ago I was eating a toffee and the filling came out, but it took most of my tooth with it.......

Now the tooth is pretty much broken right down to the gum, there's one edge still there, but the rest of the tooth is gone. I've got an appointment in a few weeks at the dentist to get some fillings in other teeth, can I just leave this tooth until then? It doesn't hurt, and I can't really take any more time of work, I've already had time off recently to go to the doctors.
