sure i dont see why it would not be safe..
the only thing i can think of is that you drink something really cold during your cycle,you might start to feel bad and cramp up.

What makes you think that you can't do or eat anything you want during your period...you are not sick or have a disease you are on your period..you can drink real beer and mixed drinks on your period..someone must have given you a old wive's tale..
