they are not diapers-either you are trying to be a smart *** or the fact is that you really don't know. They are called Pads or Cotex. Women have to use these to keep from having their peroid blood flow down their legs and mess up their clothes and everything else that they may come in contact with. It is also more hygenic this way. Duh.....

My first reaction is- You, moron! why do you think we use a pad?
My next reaction is- Hm... must be either really young or foreign... In which case- Ask your mother or girlfriend.... when she's NOT wearing a "diaper" I'd suggest you use the word "pad" instead- not quite so demeaning.

They wear pads and tampons so it can stop the bleeding because their water breaks every year and they get mood swings
