NOTHING compares with an orgasm (ejaculation) for me, especially if it comes while having a b--- job! It's as close to heaven as I'll ever be here on earth I think! I guess a second best would be just the feeling you get while having sex leading up to the ejaculation. That includes just the feeling you get while jacking off. You can see how my mind works huh?

haha i think about this sometimes and i think i've narrowed it down to: yes, definitely a good piss, drinking when you're really really thirsty, coming into the warmth when you're freezing cold and vice versa. and good food when you're really hungry! and for me personally, when your stomach aches after you've been laughing hysterically for ages, that's the best
