I need to gain some abs and arm muscles mainly because I'm a weaker player on the basketball team and the coach said to gain some muscle. Right now I'm 5 feet 3.5 inches and weigh 118 pounds.

everytime i will vomit there is blood coming out.i thought at first i got my monthly period but it's not.since the blood just comes out when i vomit.

I have lice. I am fighting this war, but haven't quite won it yet, but I'm getting there.
I have clean hair here.
Simple mind/ simple answers here, reading,asking questions, testemonies, cures, success stories, it's all good.
I am learning as I go along here.
Nits, these are the lice egg shells. What color are they ?

I am mostly on my own as for the combing and grooming here. What's the best way to do this ?

Tea Tree oil is great.
Dose it keep on killing, or what ?
Due to sensitive scalp, I can't leave it in too long. How long do I keep it i ? Minimum time, but effective ? How long, just guess..
Coconut oil, olive, etc.
Apply it before, or during the blow drying ?
The eggs are sticky.
Can and dose vaccuming really do any good ? I mean, they stick to the hair, what about the fabric/ carpets ?

i had on going period problems for over 18 months now and the doctor has swapped and changed muy pill like noones business. Three weeks ago i was bleedinf for two weeks and she took me off the pill for good and refered me to a gynacologist. for the past three weeks ive been feeling faint and dizzy and continuosly sick but only been sick a few times and i ahve no energy at all. I have had three weeks off work due to this. Ive had several pregnancy tests which all came back negative. Any ideas cause the doctor obviously does'nt

ok usely when i sit or lay down for a while like a hour or so or when i got to sleep i will either wake up or get up and my sides of my pelvis bones are so sore my mom said if it gets any worse or stays that way she will take me to the doctor ! my bf of 2yrs and i broke up this past thurs.im not so sure he wants it to be this way...his parents are just forbidding us to talk to eachother.i have not been able to eat since thurs morn when it all went down.last night i had about 4 spoons of mac n cheese and a couple bites of steak-basically because my friend forced me to.he is having suicidal thoughts and says he cant stand waking up/walking around/not being with me/etc.i love him dearly and havent been able to leave my apt but about 5 times.i feel like we are both going crazy now.(he snuck over to my apt yesterday because he 'missed me' and couldnt let his parents know)he was slumped over my balcony and didnt care to fall off and would have had i not pulled him back onto the concrete.i feel as lost and hopeless as he does.what in the world can i do about this?should i try to resolve it with him and ask him to move in with me to get away from his parents?do i stay depressed and let him go?im so confused and lost.he is my life...

I have no problem having an orgasm when having sex,but my mates always thinks that i am cheating on them because i have only about a 1/2 teaspoon of sperm come out when i achieve my orgasm.My mates think that i had sex before having sex with them.I would love to fill them up,so they won't keep acusing me of this.Is there anything out there that will increase my load without affecting my health?Only people with sense and true knowledge please answer.

They've been like this constantly for a few weeks now, dont think my weight, smoking and the heat does anything to help, but I'm really uncomfortable right now. My left foot looks like its gonna explode.. I know its fluid cause I've done the finger pressure test. Ive tried putting my feet up and it doesnt help. Any advice? Thanks
