I'm guessing your a kid, so I understand that peoples opinions are important to you. You need to show them that you're not bothered by what you say even if you are. also you might need to show them up in front of their friends. So like if a kid says something to you in front of their friends your response should be something like- "Dude you talk about being gay so much is that because you are and you're trying to hit on me". Something that will embarass them will sometimes shut them up.

If a girl asks you if you are gay, tell them "Why don't we hang out this Friday and you can find out for yourself?"
Even if they aren't interested in you, they'll get the hint.
