but with no exersise equipment? like how many crunches or push-ups and stuff like that. and how many times a day? what would keep me in shape and get toner.

first thing i'd do is when i wake up get on the floor and do crunches, that's a great energy booster even if ur tired right when u wake up, another exercise that works if ur watchin tv, is lay on your side (ex. if your on the left side make sure your left leg is straight on the floor and the right leg is angled over the left leg where the foot touches the ground) then u want to move ur left leg up and down and that works out ur inner thigh, but u gotta be consistent for that to show results.

You could go to one of the several exersize channels or do 10 to 20 cherry pickers 3 times a day 100 jumping jacks a day and 50 push ups and 20 sit ups. Thats what I do.

Start slow and work your way up to what you can endure. You can use soup cans for weights, if you have steps in the house you can go up and down them repeatedly, play with the children. Where you feel it is where it is helping.

maybe u should try about 50 or even 20
