Well, the beauty of the organs is that they are all necessary for our body, an oranism, to function completely and well. The liver is the most complex, performing over 500 different functions for the body, but kidneys and the pancreas are essential as well.

Why? Are deciding which one to donate? If so I'd go with the kidney since you got two of them. Other than that, the liver and pancreas are pretty much equally necessary so hang on to those. ;)

Actually , all of them are equally as important . The liver cleans the blood , the kidneys remove impurities from the blood , and tha pancreas regulates blood sugar

The kidney's because they filter your blood and with bad blood your liver and pancreas would fail. But all three are important for survival.

My pancreas is broken. Requiring me to take needles every day. I'm glad my kidneys and liver work well because it would be worse if they were broken.

you might can live without your pancreas but you cannot surivie without your liver or at least one kidney not very long anyway
