42 Years/Male

I've lived in a 3 flat building five years. My downstairs neighbor, whom no one really knows, has lived here 12 years. According to other neighbors, they rarely see her, she has no visitors, other than maintenance, and no social visits.

When she does leave, it's early morning or late at night, according to the few who happen to run into her. During those times she was seen with groceries. So I guess she shops late hours. I know it's wrong for me to be in her business, since it doesn't concern me, but you can't help but wonder about someone like this.

The three times I've seen her, she seems nice and polite, but nervous, soft spoken, and quick to end the conversation. What could be the problem? Would it be wrong for me to stop by just to say hello? Out of the 12 years she has lived here, no one knows her well, or has talked to her longer than a few seconds. Not even the neighbors who have lived here longer than her. What could be wrong with her? She looks fine, but quiet.

I have tried nearly every antidepressant there is over the course of 7 years. When I first tried them they did wonders for my depression and anxiety. But the problem was that they all had side effects that were hard to live with. So I went from medication to medication with the hope of finding one that was effective AND had mild side effects. When I finally realized that no such antidepressant exists, I quit taking them. Then, about 8 months later, I realized that life was unbearable with my anxiety disorders and depression, and so I decided to go back to an antidepressant and just deal with the side effects. But, guess what? When I went back on Paxil (and loaded it in my system for 6 weeks) the effects were not even close to before! And this has happened with ALL antidepressants I've tried since!!! What happened? I can understand becoming immune or resistant to one medication, or even one whole class of medications (e.g., SSRI's), but ALL antidepressants? How can this be possible?!!

In fact, the entire battery of tests (thryoid, liver, kidney functions) were great. He gave me a test kit and 3 wks of blood tests average 110 (152 highest after eating ice cream/88 lowest). Yet, glucose urine test strips still occasionally show sugar in urine. I started out with some suspected diabetic symptoms (dry mouth/thirst/frequent urination) but they went away after one week. I'm schedule for a Glucose Tolerance Test this week. I am a 44/F 135lbs non-smoking, very healthy diet, etc.. Any ideas what's up?

I know this seems like a weird question to ask, but I want smaller breasts. I just feel so uncomfortable with my breasts. Guys are always asking me my bra size and it's just so annoying, it's like the only thing they care about. I feel so objectified. Sometimes I try to dress down so maybe guys won't find me attractive. I don't want to completely lose my appeal, I just want a smaller appeal. I can't afford surgery or pills, I suppose. Are there any natural methods? I know I can exercise off the excess fat because I am a little overweight, but what can I do after that?
