In fact, the entire battery of tests (thryoid, liver, kidney functions) were great. He gave me a test kit and 3 wks of blood tests average 110 (152 highest after eating ice cream/88 lowest). Yet, glucose urine test strips still occasionally show sugar in urine. I started out with some suspected diabetic symptoms (dry mouth/thirst/frequent urination) but they went away after one week. I'm schedule for a Glucose Tolerance Test this week. I am a 44/F 135lbs non-smoking, very healthy diet, etc.. Any ideas what's up?

I don't eat sweets (I ate ice cream last week which I do once a month if that), no candy/cookies, no soda pop but I do like carbs. However, ever since sugar starting showing up I've cut back on breads, starches, etc. Still sugar in urine.

it could be that your pancreas is rejecting sugar because you are putting more sugar in your body than the pancreas can normally take. it can cause all the aymptoms of diabetes. try cutting your sugar intake down to at least 3-5 grams of sugar per any one item , and symptoms should decrease. soda and bread have the highest amounts of sugar, and people often consume way too much. i recently had the same problem, except i had shaking. i thought something was wrong with my nervous system. had all the tests done, and found out that i was putting too much sugar in my body. i now drink sugar free soda , only when i get the urge for a crbonated drink, and i drink at least two glasses of green tea a day, and the shaking, and other symptoms went away.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Doctors are paranoid about diabetes. That's not necessarily a bad thing (I've seen enough amputated legs to understand why), but it sounds like he's on a wild goose chase here. I'd say humor him with the glucose tolerance test, but I expect it to be normal.

So your kidneys are leaking a bit of sugar now and then? Big deal. If your electrolytes and creatinine are all fine, then I wouldn't worry about it. It *is* a little strange, but everyone's bodies are a little bit different.

So you say you don't have signs and symptoms of diabetes, mhh it's a little bit strange. Well, excluding diabetis here I would say it's one of the two. It's either;
1. something is not right with your kidneys, a structure called nephron to be specific. It uses a process called glomerular filtration to filter out from blood whatever your body has got in excess, just to correct the blood levels of everything. Sugar particles (glucose) are larger in size and will not normally filter out unless otherwise there's something wrong with your filtration process or there's too much glucose in your blood (hyperglycaemia).

OR

2. you are hyperglycaemic. You can be hyperglycaemic without being diabetic if you consume too much sweet stuff. Your body insulin will mobilise just enough glucose from your blood stream into the cells for metabolism, and will also convert just enough glucose from your blood into glycogen to be stored by your liver. The rest of excess blood glucose will be left in the blood and will eventually cause trouble to your kidneys (nephrons). When nephrons filter them out, your body will then excrete them through urine (infact nephrons are the producers of urine), hence your urine will be glucose-positive.

A 12-hour fast, followed by a two-hour glucose tolerance test is the gold standard for findings of any sugar problems. I get this done every three months.
