I am really upset with my weight and I have tried dieting, but I always ruin it. My boyfriend wants me to go swimming with him in a few days, and I really don't want him to see how chubby I really am. I'm addicted to the computer, so I'm always online and never really get outside or excersize. I need to know exactly what to eat per day, and if I knew what foods to eat, that would be very helpful. I also need to know what kind of excersize I should do a day. Will someone help me?
