diet is sometimes a cause of irregular periods,try a good vitamin,if this fails ask your Doctor about a D&C this is a simple proceedure.painless.....A simple sraping of the uterus and regular periods should resume.The lining in your uterus can sometimes build up when this is scraped out normal periods will return.......and things shoul go back to normal.....Sharlene S
