Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Well first of all you are very brave for asking that question. Hmmm.. I suppose you start by stop giving the computer all your attention instead direct it to a gym. Any physical activity that will get your heart racing will help you. Keep in mind that a pill can't help you, only destroy your natural bodily chemistry. Depending on how long you stay on the computer, divide that time with some jumping jax. Change up by running up some stairs. First time start with 10min then boost to 20 until you reach an hour of physical fitness. Do for one month. I guarantee you will feel and look better. However since overall physical fitness entails eating habits, remember 80% of your diet is very important to the outcome. So drop those fatty snacks and get with small portions thorough out the day. Good Luck
P.S our bodies are to shed 1.5-2LBS per week depending on level of activity and eating habits. Real Fitness takes time and dedication. Believe nothing less.

while your on the computer, type faster so you get more excercise!!!! lol
Seriously, dont be too upset about your weight, or your boyfriend seeing you. He wont care! You are actually quite healthy, check it on a bmi calculator sometime while your computing!
Eat healthily. Dont buy junk food and try not to snack in between meals. if your hungry just buy food like fruit. It can be eaten in many tasty ways. for
example,
a pretty even amount of -
apples
strawberries
kiwis
grapes (green and black, seedless (everybody prefers it)
and any other fruit you like (bananas dont seem to work here)
cut them up into generally small squares ( about 1 / 2 cm squared)
put them all into a bowl and enjoy.
(natural yoghurt goes well with this)
Get an excercise dvd and get an exercise ball. Do a sport you enjoy and that is fun but also good excercise. Swimming is a very good exercise as it is easy and gentle. Exercise but dont over-exercise, just 3 or 4 20 - 30 minute sessions in a week will do. When you begin your exercise, take it slowly with shorter sessions. Gradually make the sessions longer. Be determined when you get puffed, dont give up, think about how much you want to lose this weight. VERY IMPORTANT: IF YOU BEGIN TO HURT WHILE EXERCISING, STOP!
Ban yourself from your car!!! Make atleast one long (atleast 10 miles) trip on a bike each month.
You might not notice it but butter is quite bad for you ( its more than 87% fat!) Buy an artificial butter such as flora, one of the best artificial butters.
Most importantly be happy about your appearance and self. Dont ever worry about yourself. You are the way you are, for the moment! Dont think about bad things about yourself. Think about how lucky you are to have what you have, when some people dont even have water!
DONT WORRY, BE HAPPY!!
Good luck!!!!

Hey there
In three days you wont manage a hell of a lot unless you just eat homemade soup and drink water which isnt healthy. In the long term just don't mix your carbs and proteins in one meal. Eat as much meat, chicken etc as you like but don't eat rice or potatoes etc with it, or vice versa. Add veggies in heaps to everything and salads with nice dressings. If you fancy something bad have it but just a small portion. It's when you say no to yourself you automatically want twice the amount of whatever your fancy is. As for exercise the ideal thing is to get an exercise video since you are in the house but if you can't face that you can do exercises at the computer such as bum crunches or tummy tightening, if you do these for a while you will forget you are doing them, and once you lose a bit of weight you might find you are inspired to find a proper exercise program. Also don't eat anything after fruit for at least three hours, your body can't digest it and it gets all trapped. e-mail me if you need any more help.

Guess you've already been swimming by now...hope it went OK with you though.
There's a fab website called WLR Weight Loss Resources that I belong to....you can join it for a three day free trial. If you tend to be stuck at your PC a lot of the time then this site could be really helpful to you as you can monitor your food and exercise on-line and see immediately where you're going wrong
It helps focus your mind on what you are eating before you actually eat it and it has certainly helped me. It's not a quick fix but it has made me totally change my diet etc.
Best of luck Honey

Cut down to 2 or 3 proper meals a day (so no fast food or microwaveable stuff, proper cooking). As a rule of thumb the more colours the better!
Snack on fresh fruit and veg and take a multivitamin everyday.
Cut out the Coke and softdrinks, go for water or flavoured water.
Be more active, dance to the radio, run up the stairs instead of walking, walk to work if possible etc.
Take up an exercise programme, you'll find lots at this site, www.netfit.co.uk
Also...dont let it get you down your not on your own! Stay positive and don't stress!
Best of luck!

First, it is mostly not your fault that you need to lose weight. The way that you have been taught to eat is responsible (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) for making obesity the #1 health problem in the world behind hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic).
You need to learn a whole new way to eat. Below site has that info. Find out the absolute quickest way to lose weight, slow ways to lose weight and how to lose bodyfat, retained water and a 3rd thing. Learn about anti-water which makes water unable to work. Take the time to learn everything on below site. Do this and you can be thin. Do this not and be part of this pandemic.

The total amount of lean (non-fat) parts of the body, including muscle for your height is 99 lbs. You should weight anywhere between 99-103 lbs.
