dunk a towel in water....wring it out good....roll it into a tube a stick it in the freezer...it will freeze pretty quick as the fabric allows air to get in. drape this across the back of your neck...your body temp will drop pretty quick

your kinda cute by the way *wink*

I assume you live in the deep south or SW. And have no A/C. Lots of us don't!! The kiddie pool can sure feel good at 105*. Put it in the shade, filler up--and lay in it!! Wet your hair, Kids can play and cool off also. If you are in the SW--the air is so dry this can relay help... In the deep south, the humidity is so high IF you get wet, you stay wet all day!! LOL so try the kiddie pool or just turn on the hose pipe and get wet!! GOOD LUCK, we are HOTTTTER 4 hells down here also.

I live in an area that was 110 today. What I did when I didn't have air conditioning was to freeze water in a milk carton to make a block of ice. Then put the block of ice on a bath towel in front of a fan on the kitchen floor.Turn on the fan toward the ice toward the room you want cooled and there you go,instant house cooling.

Go to a movie, enjoy their air conditioning or buy a blender.
Use the blender to make your own slurpee. Put a bunch of ice in it, a little ice and lots of lemonade mix, blend and pour. It will cool you off like no other.

Seriously, you can find a blender for cheap at walmart or ?? They are only $25 there and my recipe Really will cool you off.

1) If you're near a beach....go for it.
2) Stay indoors where there is A/C.
3) Drink lots and lots of water.

Get your kids some of those super soaker water guns and go out and battle with them. Don't forget the sunblock.

Go outside wearing winter clothes and see how long it takes before you get dehydration headaches. Thats a fun game I play with myself.

Cuss about it. That's what I'd do. Drop the "F-bomb" whenever possible. Wave your arms around while you do this and tug at your hair.
