stop eating fast foods and cut down on salt and sugar and drink lots of water but not to much

best thing to do is eat 3 well balenced meals a day and never ever skip a meal fat needs something to burn on which is the food. avoid fats and sugars and carbs exercise and drinks lots of water you will do great!
