it comes and goes ~ every 30 mennits. when it is not hurten i cant concentrate, spell, or evin ballence on my own, but when it hurts i feal like there are railraod spikes in my tempals and my head is sore and trhpbbin, also i have noticed i have an atitude problam when it hurts. when it dont hurt i look like im high.

did you hit your head hard lately? Take some advil. i would call a doctor or go to the ER if it continues. Sleep on it

Probably a Cluster Headache, if it were a migraine, you would be sensitive to light and loud noise and would feel like puking. If it were a Thunderclap headache it would come very quickly and would feel like someone just hit you in the head with a baseball bat. Sinus headaches feel like pressure in front and side of the head. If it persists, you should see a doctor.

you have a migraine headache -go to the store and buy a motrin ,mgo to the do ctor tomorrow it may have to do with your lifestyle if you have any vaporrub smell it iyts refreshing meditation help and rub your temples in circular motions with your fingertips and laydown drink a hot cup of tea and inhale the vapors from the steam

Sounds af if you could be experiencing a severe inner-ear infection, that has messed w/your equilibrium...w/accompanying migraine(s)... or perhaps a stroke, and may not have much longer to live...make peace w/your higher-power.
