herpes is a virus that lives dormant in the nerves, trigeminal neuralgia is a shooting nerve pain- kind of like electricity running down a nerve, and fibromyalgia are pretty much muscle pains.

The only realtionship I think would be they are all viral.
Herpes is viral. Fibromyalgia is viral, then trigeminal neuralgia is seen in people with multiple sclerosis. The cause is MS is unknown, but thought to be caused by contracting a virus.
