You don't burn anger - you acknowledge that you are angry, you learn to recognize the signs of anger in yourself by understanding bio-feedback (i.e clenching of teeth, increased heartrate -any symptoms that you ALWAYS experience, either alone or together, before you lose control), and you seek counselling to help you discover acceptable "anger outlets" that harm no one - emotionally, physically, psychologically - including yourself.
If you have an anger issue, congratulations for asking the question.
If you are living with someone else who has an anger problem, get out until they can show you proof that they have successfully completed anger management courses - I mean "sucessfully completed", not just "attended".
Good Luck!

I have in the past been angry enough to consider violence, teeth gritting, heart pounding, face burning angry. I have found that taking a piece of paper and tearing it into as many pieces as I can manage helps a great deal, I think it has something to do with the distruction and the feeling of violence without actually hurting anyone or anything. Try it, might work for you too and is basically harmless.
