I had ask the doctor why they cut my hours he said well because i can't afford you right now so you have to work night shift. as a on call. I didn't really like that. He said i don't mind if you come in and you want to learn but don't expect to get paid if its not busy. they haven't not called me to come in at all. I been looking for another job. So you do think i might be next to get fired...

Sounds to me like he is hoping you got the message to find another job. I don't think you will get fired since he said he'd call if he needs you. Why fire you when he can just not call?

perhaps doc's tellin the truth, after all why would he need someone there if not real busy.Sounds like they either want to shave down your hours or make you not want to work their because they cant afford to pay employees if not getting alot of patients
