Alrighty, I know Mother's Day is tomorrow, but I still have no present for her. I have zero dollars, limited supplies, and I don't really have a way to go shopping right now. So, I need to improvise. I was thinking of making a scrapbook, but I don't exactly know how to make one without a book to scrap, you know? All I have is pictures...if that. If you have any idea on how to make that idea work, or if you have a better idea, your help is GREATLY appreciated!

Hellooo,

I am trying to find a good place for contemporary fashion fabrics preferably fabrics with some stretch to them similar to the ones this ebayer seems to stock, http://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQsassZfabric_addictionQQhtZ-1

I am looking for fun prints like skulls, cherries, leopard/animal prints, hearts, rainbows etc etc. I have found a couple of online places with some skull bits but they are all 100% cotton and for my needs I really want some stretch.

I see these fab fabrics on ebay from american sellers but I have yet to find somewhere in the UK which has anything similar and I don't want to keep buying off american ebayers!

I live in London so anywhere round there or my parents are in the midlands so anywhere round that way too.

Please please someone tell me there is somewhere out there I can get some goodies from???

Thanks

I'm making a t-shirt quilt for someone, they want me to piece the blocks together, sew them, and quilt the finished product. Most of the squares will be t-shirt, so i'll aslo have to put interfacing on the backs so they don't streach, and i'll need to puy extra fabric for strips between each block and the border.

what should I charge for making it?

and

Does anyone know how much I should charge for extra materials?

There's a dress I really want, but it's from a painting. Does anyone know of anywhere that could sew something from just looking at a picture/painting of it?

its a 1976 cenntinel querter, BUT>>> the drummer and the flame next to him are in gold. and the coin itself is silver, I am wondering if maybe it was a collecters coin. Ther is JLA very small under his arm where the mint i.d. usually is. Any info would be great.

Maybe duct tape??
Any home remedies? so as to avoid a trip to the store.

What material needs to be in between the casting tape and the skin itself?
(Sock? Shirt sleeve?)
I don't have a broken bone, just an experiment for myself and a few days.

Thanks

I know how to sew. I just would like to know an easier way to take in the waist of store bought jeans without taking off the waistband. If I just take in the waist band my machine cant handle that much fabric and it looks tacky too.

I have a very old nickel. One side of it has an Indian head and says Liberty, and the other side has a buffalo and says United States of America, e pluribus unum, and Five Cents. I think there once was a year on the front, but it's been all but rubbed away, and I can just make out a 24 on it. Is this nickel rare? Is it something that coin collectors collect? Just curious. Thanks!

I got a gas powered RC car but no controller. Im not sure of the brand of car my buddy gave it to me. Anyway, it says "rc sport" on the servos and reciever. it says RX-02, AM 2 Channel reciever 27mhz and theres a small chip with a tag that says 5.
My dad has a controler for his rc plane not sure of mhz but its top of the line. Is there a chip that I can match it to or something to make it respond to eachother?
