here are some sites with free patterns. You can take the decorative part of the pattern and put a border around it to make it the size you need. :)

Hmmm, I think plastic canvas would be too bumpy. Some 1/4 inch or 1/8 inch foam with a silky coating would work well though. Or you could make a little jacket out of any smooth, slippery fabric.

why don't you get eally creative and design your own. Who knows, maybe you can even market them
